SPECIAL ISSUE ON DCs AND MACROPHAGES. The current issue of Mucosal Immunology presents a set of specially commissioned Review articles which bring together recent findings on the ontogeny, phenotype, and function of dendritic cells (DCs) and macrophages at mucosal surfaces.

The congress, titled "Reconciling Immunity, Tolerance and Inflammation at the Mucosal Interface", will be held in the historical city of Boston, Massachusetts.
